About 32 Swag

Our Mission

32 Swag wants to offer a safe place for women to land, a sanctuary where we can connect, inspire, find solace, and laugh a little too.  We want to create a community where we can honor our minds and bodies no matter where we are in life’s journey, and lift up our voices in support of smashing the idea of perfection.  Whether you're strolling along sandy shores with your family; relaxing in a hot tub with your love; chasing toddlers around the pool; or changing the diaper of a squirmy, fussy baby slathered in sunscreen and covered in sand... yes, even then, we want to provide products that empower you to feel comfortable, elegant and sexy, all at the same time.

Our Swimsuit Accessories

We believe that there is a SWAG (Sexy Wrap & Go) for every body.

Swags are sheer, stretchy cover-ups that attach to your swimsuit by snapping onto the bra straps.  You can just keep them on and even swim in them.  They offer strategic coverage, but with flair.  Because we all have parts of our bodies we don’t mind highlighting and other parts we feel less secure about, we’re building many different styles.  Some will be form-fitting and flirtatious; others will be more flowy and feminine.

The best part of our sheer material is that it performs like a real-life filter - it helps camouflage stretch marks, scars, cellulite, baby weight, pandemic pounds and menopause fluff, while still allowing our beautiful female figures to be seen.

Our Swag technology

We are not only passionate about empowering women with stylish and confident swimwear, but we are also committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation. We’re in the process of engineering a proprietary fabric that is even more hydrophobic (quick-drying) and also antimicrobial.

We’re proud that our textiles are sourced and made in America, using processes that are certified to the highest standards and made without toxic chemicals.

Our Story and Inspiration

32 Swag was inspired out of our founder’s desire to give back to the community of women who supported her after her husband’s tragic passing.  Melanie’s late husband, Mike, was an amazing person, loving husband and father to their four sons, and a generous friend.  The loss was profound.

In the face of this loss and adversity, Melanie found strength in her family and her tribe of girlfriends who offered unwavering love and solace.  Now, for many months, they’ve been raising her up and pushing her in this joyful 32 Swag adventure.  It’s with a spirit of gratitude and sisterhood that she wants to give back and create a community that embraces the challenges of real life with that same love, solace and a touch of humor.

Our Community

Join us on this incredible journey as we build a community united by love, strength, and the spirit of 32 Swag. Together, let's create positive memories, empower one another, and celebrate the beauty of life.

"The secret to doing anything is believing that you can do it.  Anything that you believe you can do strong enough, you can do.  Anything.  As long as you believe."

- Bob Ross

Our philanthropy

We want to continue our conversation beyond the beach, pool and hot tub. 32 Swag feels privileged to be partnering with Seek Her Foundation. A portion of all profits will be donated to their cause. SeekHer’s work on body and beauty standards particularly speaks to our hearts.

We invite you to learn more:

SeekHer Foundation wants to bridge the gender gap of mental health through advocacy, research, and support for leaders who are helping women through critical transitions & vulnerable life moments along their womanhood journey. Their work focuses on addressing:

  • Body & beauty standards commonly touted by a wellness industry driven by perfectionism and control
  • Societal pressures on caregiving and motherhood roles that create impossible ideals & unrealistic expectations
  • Career & leadership roles that women are hindered from due to cultural narratives and biases
  • Workplaces and communities that need to better serve our diverse range of perspectives & cultural differences
